  Huaian: Nanzha Folk Songs

  Nanzha folk song is a traditional folk song in Jiangsu Province. Nanzha Town is located in the southwest border of Chuzhou District, Huai ‘an City, with the Grand Canal in the east and Baima Lake in the vicinity. It has beautiful scenery and rich humanities. It is not only full of the cultural charm of the Beijing-Hangzhou Canal, but also rich in rich and high-quality local folk songs. Nanzha folk songs born of the canal originated from this place.

  According to historical records, Nanzha folk songs were well-known in the Tang Dynasty. Nanzha folk songs, based on their rich rhyme of water and countryside, have formed euphemistic, slow and lyrical singing features and singing forms such as competition and duet, and more than 500 songs have been circulated so far.Covering folk music, folk literature and folk culture, it is rich in content, beautiful in melody, widely sung and well protected, and is known as the "living fossil of folk traditional music".   Taizhou: Taixing Flower Drum

  Taixing Flower Drum originated from Qinjialou, Nansha Township, Guangling District, Taixing County, according to Mingzhai Zhenshi • It has a history of three or four hundred years. Taixing Flower Drum can not only perform dance alone, but also sing while dancing. Whether it is the dance itself, the tune or the lyrics, it has a complete and mature structure, unique style, self-contained and extremely local characteristics.

  Taixing Flower Drum is sung in Taixing dialect, and the lyrics are not fixed. In order to avoid monotonous repetition, some lyrics are often made up and filled into the song, or some humorous and witty songs are sung to enliven the atmosphere and please the audience. The dance steps and movements of Taixing Flower Drum are large, flexible and funny. The dance steps include "Three Steps Upside Down", "Magpie Climbing the Plum Step" and "Jade Rabbit Yue Bai Step". Among them, "Three Steps Upside Down" and "Magpie Climbing the Plum Step" are not found in other folk dances.   Suqian: Subei Drum

  4. Zeng Jianping, former director of the printing department of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation, was suspected of accepting bribes.

  The audit found that from 2010 to 2014, some equipment and materials of China Banknote Printing and Minting Corporation were purchased without public bidding, and Zeng Jianping was suspected of accepting money from some non-public bidding suppliers. In July 2014, the Audit Commission transferred this clue to the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate for investigation and handling. In June 2015, the Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court sentenced Zeng Jianping to 11 years in prison for accepting bribes, and confiscated 110,000 yuan of personal property, and recovered 2.239 million yuan of illegal income from bribery and turned it over to the state treasury.

  5. Mao Shijia, former general manager of China Shipping Development Co., Ltd. and others are suspected of making illegal profits for relatives and friends.

  The audit found that from September 2010 to October 2013, Chen Fujiang was suspected of taking advantage of being in charge of the Asia-Pacific and European transportation business of China Shipping Group Shanghai Branch, and after establishing a joint venture with Yuan Linlin and others, he gave the enterprise special preferential treatment in violation of regulations to obtain illegal benefits. The role of modern logistics in the development of the national economy has been continuously enhanced and has become an important driving force for the economic development of the province. The overall operation efficiency of logistics has been significantly improved. Advanced information technologies such as big data, cloud computing and Internet of Things are deeply integrated with logistics activities, and a modern logistics service system with high efficiency, high quality, socialization, specialization and internationalization is basically established, and the level of logistics integration is significantly improved.

Relying on the comprehensive transportation network, with aviation as the guide, railways as the foundation, highways as the support, and water transportation and pipelines as the supplement, we will build an international logistics channel facing South Asia and Southeast Asia, and form a multimodal transport logistics channel system with smooth internal communication and wide coverage and perfect functions.

1. Aviation logistics network. Relying on the "two networks and one hub" aviation network layout of civil airport network, third-class route network and Changshui International Aviation Hub, we will build an aviation logistics network with kunming changshui international airport as the core, regional hub airports as the focus, regional airports as the foundation and general airports as the supplement, covering the whole country and South Asia and Southeast Asia, and build a fast, efficient, convenient and safe aviation logistics service system.

Establish a multimodal transport coordination mechanism, support the construction of multimodal transport public information platform, speed up the docking between different business systems, and promote the exchange and sharing of multimodal transport information. Vigorously develop comprehensive transportation, speed up the construction of multi-modal transit facilities, and promote the seamless connection of various modes of transportation. VI. Safeguard measures

(A) policy measures

1. Land policy. 2. Fiscal policy. Increase financial investment in public goods and services of modern logistics industry, reduce highway toll standards for freight vehicles, and reduce the proportion of road crossing fees to transportation costs. Actively strive for central financial support, increase provincial financial input, and give support to key logistics projects. 3. Access policy. 5. Investment and financing policies. Support qualified logistics enterprises to broaden financing channels by issuing corporate bonds, non-financial corporate debt financing instruments, corporate bonds and listing.

3. Promote the application of standards. Accelerate the application of standardized logistics equipment and improve the universality and interchangeability of logistics equipment in the process of loading, unloading, handling and transportation. Promote the application of national standards and industry standards for logistics information and encourage the application of logistics operation standards. Encourage trade associations, scientific research institutions and enterprises to participate in the translation and revision of international standards or industry standards, and formulate local standards and enterprise standards in our province.

4. Strengthen safety supervision. Further standardize the business activities of logistics enterprises and put an end to illegal collection, transportation, storage and delivery of prohibited and dangerous goods. Strengthen the safety supervision of logistics enterprises, and urge enterprises to effectively fulfill the main responsibility of safety. Strengthen the inspection and testing of facilities, equipment and transport vehicles to ensure that the safety performance of vehicles reaches the standard and the equipment is in good condition. Do a good job in statistics, investigation and accounting of relevant indicators in the logistics industry, and constantly improve the quality of statistics. Actively explore the application of big data and cloud computing in statistics, analysis and monitoring of modern logistics industry, and provide support for macro decision-making and improving service efficiency.

6. Pay attention to talent support. Establish a collaborative innovation platform for modern logistics and supply chain, and jointly promote the development of modern logistics industry in our province through the cooperation of the government, enterprises and universities.
