Let more people rest assured to embrace the Internet and build a highland of network security industry in Zhejiang.

From November 7 th to 9 th, more than 1,000 important guests from all over the world will gather in Wuzhen, the ancient town, to open the grand event of the global Internet for the fifth time. World internet conference has been held for five consecutive years, which is an extraordinary five years. Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things … … The endless stream of new technologies and applications is gradually uncovering the future of digital China. From now on, Zhejiang Online launched the column "Extraordinary Five Years" to review and summarize Zhejiang’s extraordinary achievements in the field of digital economy and its increasingly prominent conference effect in social life.

The scale of network security industry has reached more than 20 billion, and the scale of enterprises has exceeded 100, which has formed an industrial agglomeration effect. This is the data obtained by an expert group led by an academician of China Academy of Engineering during an inspection tour in Zhejiang in April this year.

In addition to the output value, as one of the hot spots with the most Internet genes in China, Zhejiang has created a unique environment for the development of the network security industry: Greater Bay Area’s development strategy creates opportunities for enterprises to accelerate their development; The Hangzhou model of Internet Court was established to further purify cyberspace; Colleges and universities represented by Zhejiang University should improve the personnel training mechanism and enhance their future "hematopoietic" ability … …

With artificial intelligence, the information superhighway has been speeding up. Only by making the roadbed more stable and the road network layout more smooth can safety not be left behind. With a solid foundation and long-term planning, Zhejiang is catching up.

Move the court into cyberspace with the network management network

"Now in court!" At 9: 40 am on August 18, 2017, with the sound of a gavel, the "first case" of Hangzhou Internet Court was officially opened for trial.

In this special trial, there was only one judge at the scene. The original defendants in Hangzhou and Beijing, respectively, learned about the trial online in real time through the screen display in front of the judge. From "face to face" to "key to key", the centralized management and professional trial of network-related cases have opened a new chapter.

12.jpg

Nowadays, in Hangzhou Internet Court, the whole process of prosecution, filing, giving evidence, trial and judgment is online, and the online trial mode has been normalized. According to court statistics, from the trial operation on May 1 last year to October 30 this year, 14,233 Internet cases were accepted and 11,794 cases were concluded, saving 65% and 25% of the average court session time and trial period respectively.

Dean Du Qian said that as the first Internet court in China, over the past year or so, Hangzhou Internet Court has innovated the trial mode and re-engineered the litigation process, forming a "Hangzhou sample" for the construction of "six platforms, three models and one system" Internet courts:

Initiate the "asynchronous trial mode" to further break the time and space restrictions and allow the subjects to complete the litigation in an asynchronous way; The first electronic evidence platform and judicial blockchain in China were launched to solve the problem of electronic evidence access certificate, which is conducive to pre-solving disputes. "The continuous pioneering of the Internet Court in Hangzhou has directly" moved "the solemn court of reality into the virtual space of the network, which really makes the lawsuit ‘ Don’t have to run once ’ " Du Qian added.

At the beginning of the establishment of Hangzhou Internet Court, Shao Jingteng, vice president of Hangzhou Intermediate People’s Court, once said that "the first Internet court in China came into being in Hangzhou". Nowadays, with the landing of Internet courts in Beijing and Guangzhou, the "Hangzhou Experience" is being further spread across the country. Du Qian said: "Internet courts do not simply put ‘ Internet ’ With ‘ Court ’ The superposition of the two words, or the auxiliary use of Internet technology in judicial practice, is a major institutional innovation in which the judiciary actively adapts to the development trend of the Internet. "

Cloud online and offline escort data

13.jpg

How much volume data can a 7.8 cm *1.8 cm snowflake QR code hold? Yi Shen, general manager of Unitek, gave the answer of 32 A4 sheets.

With only one mobile phone, one code and several original documents, Unitek’s digital information verification service technology can store, read and verify the authenticity of original documents such as ID cards, insurance policies and passports offline. "We condense the complete information of the document into a high-capacity two-dimensional code, which can only be opened by the authorized person to identify and read the compressed information and visually compare it." Yi Shen introduced that this technology is still the first at home and abroad.

While the tangible personal information on the "ground" is secured, the wave of cloud computing is coming. With the rapid development of big data technology, many large, medium and small enterprises are trying to migrate various business processes to the cloud.

At the nail carnival week in August this year, Hangzhou Anheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. launched the world’s first third-party security module — — Nail a secret shield, ranking first in thousands of paid applications. "In the era of digital economy, the concern of enterprises and governments for data security shows that data security has become an important issue for them to move towards digital economy and transformation." In the view of Fan Yuan, president of Anheng, enterprises’ concerns about data security and privacy are the main obstacles to the development of digital industrialization and industrial digitalization.

Who can see the data sent to the cloud? Will it be lost or changed? How can I compensate if I lose it? In the past ten years, Anheng has been insisting on escorting industrial enterprises to the cloud. From the "old three samples" such as database audit to the combination of cloud security, situational awareness, big data and threat intelligence, Anheng has formed a three-dimensional and in-depth security system at three levels: before, during and after.

Fan Yuan said that the decade of Anheng’s development is a microcosm of national cyber security. "In the era of new digital economy, security will eventually become a basic attribute. It is everywhere, and it will not make you feel its existence deliberately." He believes that with the comprehensive development of security technology and digital economy, security will really become a driving wheel to promote the development of digital economy.

Professional training talents to light up the light of safety

"Where there is network or information system coverage, fierce offensive and defensive confrontation may occur at any time." Ren Kui, director of the Cyberspace Security Research Center of Zhejiang University, mentioned that the arrival of new technological changes such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things is making the boundaries between online and offline gradually disappear.

Cyberspace security governance shows the other side of "easy to attack and difficult to defend", which is the lack of professionals in the field of information security. The data shows that the gap of cyber security talents in China has reached more than 700,000 in 2017, and the demand for talents will increase to 1.4 million in 2020.

"In developed countries such as the United States, computers started earlier, disciplines were laid out earlier, and the talent pool was undoubtedly more solid", but Ren Kui said that the talent potential of students in China’s first-class universities is the biggest bargaining chip to catch up with foreign advanced levels.

He believes that compared with other regions, Zhejiang has formed an obvious Internet industry cluster around leading enterprises such as Alibaba and Hikvision, and the high-end talent agglomeration effect has been revealed; Active start-ups and private economic foundations will also provide service channels and landing soil for scientific research achievements used in Industry-University-Research; The implementation of policies such as the "West Science and Technology Corridor" has promoted major scientific research projects and application needs to go further and further in Zhejiang.

Fan Yuan is also concerned about the cultivation of network security talents. From the enterprise’s point of view, he hopes to promote the development of network security by replacing training with competition and promoting learning with competition. In 2014, Anheng Cyber Security College was established, and in 2017, the certification and training system for cyber security talents was launched. Now, we have jointly built training bases with many universities in China. "We hope to cultivate talents through some practical experience to make up for the gap between college education and practical application."

"The competition in cyberspace is, in the final analysis, the competition for talents." In the field of network security, the contest between hackers and Ke Bai is like the contest between spears and shields, which is endless. The cultivation of talents may be the constant pursuit of making the shield more solid, making new technologies better used by people and making the light of safety shine more brightly. High-resolution UAV image data in Yangbi epicenter area was delivered to the earthquake relief headquarters.

After the Yangbi 6.4 earthquake in Yunnan Province, nine technicians from the UAV Emergency Surveying and Mapping Support Team (Yunnan Basic Surveying and Mapping Technology Center) of Yunnan Provincial Department of Natural Resources rushed to the earthquake area with four UAVs to carry out emergency surveying and mapping support. On the morning of 23rd, the emergency surveying and mapping support team has provided the remote sensing image of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with the resolution of 0.15m in the epicenter area and 0.05m in Xiuling Village, which was seriously damaged, to the earthquake relief headquarters, providing intuitive and fine image data for scientifically judging the disaster situation and formulating post-disaster rescue plans.

It is understood that the geological conditions in the disaster area are complex, with high mountains and deep valleys, steep and steep, with an average elevation of 2,250 meters within the epicenter of 5,000 meters, abnormal weather changes and low clouds, and the operation of drones is facing great challenges. In order to ensure the safe and rapid acquisition of high-resolution remote sensing image data in the disaster area, technicians worked out a scheme of simultaneous operation of fixed-wing and multi-rotor groups according to the actual situation in the disaster area. The fixed-wing group can realize plane flight and obtain large image area by using the fixed-wing UAV. Through multi-ground station monitoring, it took off and landed in Dali City and Weishan County, 40 kilometers away from the epicenter, flying for 2 hours and 8 minutes, with a range of 250 kilometers, and obtained 80 square kilometers of UAV remote sensing images with a resolution of 0.15 meters in the epicenter area. Another group of multi-rotor groups used the characteristics that multi-rotor aircraft can fly in points and obtain high-resolution real-life three-dimensional images, and went straight to Xiuling Village, which was seriously damaged in the epicenter, and made two flights to obtain 1 square kilometer of UAV remote sensing images with a resolution of 0.05 meters.

After the mission, the emergency surveying and mapping support team processed the UAV remote sensing image data overnight, made special maps, and delivered them to the earthquake relief headquarters at 10 am on the 23rd, which provided important data support for scientific earthquake relief and prevention of secondary geological disasters. From Unknown to Enthusiasm, YiBo’s "Retrograde" Road!

Special feature of 1905 film network From January, 2023 to April, and then to July, I worked as Mr. Ye, worked as Lei Yu, and finally went to Chen Shuo. Different from the previous two douban films, which were rated at 6.6, Enthusiasm is slightly higher than the previous film with a score of 7.2. At present, Cat’s Eye predicts that its box office is 1.015 billion, which is higher than Nobody (931 million) and King of the Sky (845 million).

Actors from non-professional backgrounds usually play roles similar to their own experiences and personalities first, and then try new fields after polishing. As a traffic, YiBo’s influence can’t be underestimated, but the performance difficulty of the first two films is not entirely up to him, and the heat may even be counterproductive.

YiBo, whose acting skills and popularity need to be improved, walked out of a road opposite to others this time:Play as you are, and have an acting "retrograde".

Ben se dang hang

Whether in Nobody or King of the Sky, the role played by YiBo is very different from his original life. The age of "Nobody" is far away from him, and the life of "King of the Sky" is far away from him, but "Enthusiasm" just happened from his experience, and YiBo’s performance is more emboldened.

The director revealed in the backstage interview of the movie channel that "Enthusiasm" came into being only after YiBo. YiBo is not a trained man, nor is he a genius in acting. Instead, the biggest room for him to play is to "be himself". In Enthusiasm, he is not performing, but breathing and living on his own.

In the field of performance, there is a term called "true colors", which means that there is some tacit understanding between the role and the actor. If one word is used to describe Chen Shuo, it should be "hip-hop dream", and YiBo just fits it.

YiBo is a dancer in the debut men’s team UNIQ, and participated in "This! It is the recording of the three seasons of Street Dance, which has an excellent street dance foundation and can make difficult moves in line with the needs of the plot.

Chen Shuo, who loves street dance, started as a small car washer and finally became the champion of the national street dance competition. YiBo also had a similar experience. If in the movie, this dream is "street dance", then in reality, this dream becomes a "movie". In recent years, YiBo has been active on the screen, eager to firmly establish himself in the film circle.

The interaction between the inside and outside of the play can help the actors to understand the role portrait better, and it is also convenient for empathy and substitution. Reducing the difficulty and ensuring the quality, YiBo did the right thing this time.

Return to reality

After watching Enthusiasm, many people said that YiBo finally found the role that suits him best.

Even a mature actor, without a suitable role, the performance is still very passive. "Protecting people’s drama" often ends in a thankless outcome, but if it is "protecting people from drama", it will be much easier to perform silky and rich performances. Enthusiasm is a realistic, modern and hip-hop theme, which can be described as tailor-made for YiBo. At this moment, I have to thank Dapeng, a "Bole".

Chen Shuo never forgot to practice his movements on the last subway, and stubbornly pursued an unreachable dream. YiBo also began to learn dance in his teens, and once he became a big hit. He and Chen Shuo are like two sides of one body, film and reality, facing each other from afar.

YiBo’s return to the comfort zone to perform this time is a breakthrough. It is powerful to punch out after the fist is tightened. After finding himself in the comfort zone and honing his acting skills, the subsequent performance may be his real film road.

Dapeng tells and interprets little people, while YiBo plays himself.

Parallel time and space

Some people say that the ten years in "Enthusiasm" are the ten years that YiBo kept silent about. He has also gone through a "transparent" journey that is not optimistic, from the initial anonymity to the later fame. Chen Shuo is YiBo in parallel time and space.

As a "body double" and a "spare tire", Chen Shuo is always available and can be eliminated and abandoned at any time. In life, everyone will experience the process of being chosen, and every audience can see their own shadow from Chen Shuo.

Although we are the protagonists in our own lives, we are often a supporting role in society. In the face of complicated and complicated reality, do you need to listen to the call of your inner ideal? Continuing to pursue dreams is our choice in the parallel space-time of Enthusiasm.

Enthusiasm is a parallel time and space for every character. Zhang Cuibiao, who loves hip-hop, was not loved by hip-hop and finally chose to leave. Sometimes, you don’t have to work hard to succeed; Struggling on the wrong road, the harder you work, the farther away you will be from the finish line. Enthusiasm affirms the importance of hard work and the importance of choice. If what you love can’t be gained, who can guarantee that Chen Shuo won’t choose to be Zhang Cuibiao?

Many viewers will think of a moment they experienced in the cinema. The audience is like this, so are the actors. Apart from YiBo, Dapeng, Bo Huang and many other members of the creative team have all gone from supporting roles to leading roles. The role is for ourselves. We don’t have to envy parallel time and space, just find ourselves.

Kevin shook hands with Chen Shuo after hesitating. There are winners and losers in the game, but love is right and wrong.

As an actor, YiBo walked back to the "ID" from a difficult role and completed a retrograde performance. The retrogression of art is not a retreat, but a search.

The performance in the comfort zone can stimulate the potential and charm of the actors to the greatest extent. The collision of heat and dancing skills shaped Chen Shuo and gave YiBo a leap.

Go back to the starting point and wait for the future.

Enhance innovative consciousness and cultivate innovative thinking (people’s point of view)

To improve the ability of innovative thinking, we should have the spirit of being the first, break the inertia thinking of superstitious experience and books, treat all new things with enthusiasm, dare to say new words that have not been said before, dare to do things that have not been done before, and open up a new situation in our work with a new leap in ideological understanding.

Only by insisting on innovative thinking, following the problem, striving for the problem, accurately recognizing change, responding scientifically and actively seeking change can we realize change and innovation on the basis of grasping the law and continuously push forward the cause.

Implement the strategy of upgrading the Pilot Free Trade Zone, promote the reform of the registered capital registration system and the reform of "license first", and stimulate the vitality of development through institutional innovation; Looking up to the world, there are "Chang ‘e" flying to the moon and "Tian Wen" falling into flames, and there are "Deep Sea Warriors" and "Strugglers" diving in the sea, and scientific and technological innovation broadens the cognitive boundary; Dunhuang Research Institute restores cave murals and makes cultural relics "reappear" through digital twinning technology, Sanxingdui Museum provides visitors with immersive experience by using augmented reality and mixed reality technology, and cultural innovation enhances cultural confidence & HELIP; … Only innovation can grasp the times and lead the times. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, innovations in various aspects have emerged in an endless stream, providing surging momentum for economic and social development.

Throughout the history of human development, innovation has always been an important force in the development of a country and a nation, and it has always been an important force in promoting the progress of human society. Not without innovation, not even if innovation is slow. The General Secretary of the Supreme Leader emphasized: "We should enhance the sense of innovation, cultivate innovative thinking, and show the courage to be innovative, the spirit to be the first, and the vigorous spirit." Innovative thinking ability is the ability to break superstition, transcend stereotypes, be good at adapting to the times, advance despite difficulties, and innovate. To improve the innovative thinking ability, we should have the spirit of being the first, break the inertia thinking of superstitious experience and books, treat all new things with enthusiasm, dare to say new words that have not been said before, dare to do things that have not been done before, and open up a new situation in our work with a new leap in ideological understanding.

Innovation is a complex social system engineering, involving all fields of economy and society. In today’s world, economic and social development is increasingly dependent on innovation in theory, system, science and technology, culture and other fields, and the new advantages of international competition are increasingly reflected in innovation ability. General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out, "Be brave in promoting theoretical innovation, practical innovation, institutional innovation, cultural innovation and all aspects of innovation, and constantly open up the future through innovation". Promoting Chinese-style modernization is an exploratory undertaking, and there are still many unknown fields, which need us to explore boldly in practice and promote the development of the cause through reform and innovation, and we must never wait for the boat. On the new journey of building a strong country and national rejuvenation, we must improve our innovative thinking ability, conform to the requirements of the times, focus on solving major theoretical and practical problems, actively adapt to changes, vigorously promote reform and innovation, constantly shape new kinetic energy and new advantages for development, and fully stimulate the creative vitality of the whole society.

Problems are the starting point and power source of innovation. Society is always developing, and new situations and problems are always emerging. Some of them can be dealt with and solved by old experience and old methods, while many of them cannot be dealt with and solved by old experience and old methods. In a sense, the process of innovation is the process of finding, studying and solving problems. The General Secretary of the Supreme Leader pointed out: "We should enhance our awareness of problems, focus on new problems encountered in practice, deep-seated problems existing in reform, development and stability, people’s urgent difficulties and worries, major problems in international changes, and outstanding problems faced by party building, and constantly put forward new ideas, new ideas and new methods to truly solve problems." We must have the correct methods, persist in innovative thinking, follow the problems, accurately recognize changes, respond scientifically, and take the initiative to change, so as to realize changes and innovations on the basis of grasping the laws and constantly push forward the cause.

Without innovative thinking, it is difficult to have innovative actions and practices. Only by constantly improving the innovative thinking ability and making innovation a habit and instinct can we break through the stagnation and break a new world with the vitality of seeking new changes. Heilongjiang is required to "build a new highland for China to open to the north", Sichuan is urged to "actively explore the mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products", and Jiangsu is required to "constantly innovate new ways and measures to attract foreign investment and expand opening up" to promote Inner Mongolia to "actively explore new paths for the transformation and development of resource-based regions" … … When the Supreme Leader’s General Secretary visited various places, the requirements and expectations put forward by various places need to be implemented by deepening reform and innovation. For party member cadres, it is necessary to turn innovative thinking into innovative ability, open their minds to plan new ideas, let go of their hands and feet to pursue new breakthroughs, try to think of new ways, find new ways, create new experiences and create new situations, and constantly realize the goals and tasks of the new era and new journey.

Chinese civilization is a civilization of innovation and new brilliance, with deep still water and magnificent waves intertwined; The Chinese nation has always created its own material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization in the spirit of "striving for new progress, new progress and new progress". Constantly improve the innovative thinking ability, maintain the enterprising spirit of being upright and not conservative, respecting the past and not retro, cultivate the fearless character of not being afraid of new challenges and being brave enough to accept new things, and boldly break through and try, we will be able to continue to write a more brilliant chapter of "Only innovators advance, only innovators are strong, and only innovators win".

The picture shows a part of Guanshan National Geopark in Xinxiang, Henan Province. Oriental IC data

Recently, the North China Environmental Protection Supervision Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, together with the Environmental Protection Department of Henan Province, gave feedback to the Xinxiang Municipal Government on the comprehensive supervision of atmospheric and water environmental management in Xinxiang City. The main leaders and in-charge leaders of Xinxiang Municipal Government, the main leaders of counties (cities, districts) governments and relevant departments and relevant personnel attended the feedback meeting. In order to implement the new Environmental Protection Law, promote the implementation of the Air Prevention Action Plan and the Water Pollution Prevention Action Plan, and strengthen the government’s environmental responsibility, according to the work deployment, the North China Environmental Protection Supervision Center and the Henan Provincial Environmental Protection Department conducted a comprehensive supervision on the air and water environment management in Xinxiang City from March to April this year. Adhering to the problem orientation, the inspection team made a comprehensive analysis of Xinxiang’s environmental protection, especially the prevention and control of air and water pollution, through unannounced visits, thorough inspection and verification, on-site inspection, visiting departments, consulting materials and accepting reports.

The inspector believes that in recent years, Xinxiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government have paid equal attention to development and protection, constantly strengthened the working mechanism of environmental protection, and improved the assessment system of environmental protection targets. After years of efforts, the city’s industrial structure has been optimized, and the environmental protection management of key industries, the demolition and reform of coal-fired boilers, and the elimination of yellow-label vehicles have been steadily promoted, and positive progress has been made in urban environmental construction, upgrading of traditional industries, and creation of ecological demonstration. Since the implementation of the new environmental protection law, the enforcement of environmental supervision has obviously increased.

The inspector pointed out that although Xinxiang has made positive progress in environmental protection, the problems are still outstanding and the situation is not optimistic from the current situation of environmental quality in the city.

Environmental problems are prominent, and pressure transmission is weak.

First, the quality of the city’s air and water environment is not optimistic. In 2015, the annual average concentration of PM10 in Xinxiang was 158 μ g/m.

three

The average concentration of PM2.5 is 94 μ g/m.

three

, the number of days to reach the standard is 147 days, and the rate of reaching the standard is 40.3%.The annual average increase of PM10 and PM2.5 is the first in 18 cities in the province. In the past two years, the annual work objectives and tasks set by the Blue Sky Project have not been completed, and in 2015, the atmospheric environmental indicators did not fall but rose, showing a deteriorating trend. In 2015,The compliance rate of the target section of surface water environmental quality responsibility in the city is 60.4%., did not reach the provincial target of not less than 80%. The compliance rate of the assessment section in Haihe River Basin is even lower. The annual compliance rate of the Xiamaying section of the communist canal Weihui is only 33.3%, and the compliance rate of the Weihe Weihui Huangfu section is only 8.3%.

Second, departmental linkage and pressure transmission are weak.Xinxiang’s environmental protection work mechanism is imperfect, the responsibilities of departments are unclear, the pressure transmission is not in place, and the assessment accountability is not implemented. The city’s loose burning coal base is unclear, the pollution situation is unknown, and there is a lack of basic control measures; The investigation of black and odorous water bodies is not in place, and effective pollution interception and control measures have not been formulated and taken; Groundwater quality and water pollution control also have problems such as unclear departmental responsibilities and poor coordination and promotion; The pollution control of livestock and poultry breeding, the ban on burning straw and garbage, etc. all exist the phenomenon of buck passing between departments. Grass-roots governments have not obviously felt the pressure, and some grass-roots governments and relevant departments have copied the plans of their superiors when formulating the "three major projects".

Third, the environmental problems of industries and industrial clusters are outstanding. The industries with high energy consumption and high pollution in Xinxiang account for a large proportion, and the layout is not reasonable. The industries with high energy consumption and high pollution, such as cement, chemical industry, papermaking and pharmacy, are concentrated, and their production capacity and output rank among the top in the province. The environmental problems in industrial clusters are outstanding. Among the 12 provincial-level industrial clusters in the city, 6 industrial clusters such as fengqiu county and Yuanyang County failed to pass the planning environmental assessment, 9 industrial clusters such as Xindong and Huixian County failed to achieve central heating, and the sewage treatment plants in two industrial clusters failed to be built as required. Although the industrial wastewater in three industrial clusters entered the sewage treatment plants for treatment, the sewage treatment plants exceeded the standard for a long time.

Fourth, the key work of air pollution prevention and control has not been implemented enough. The total coal consumption is not well controlled, and the consumption is still increasing year by year. In 2015, coal accounted for 77.9% of the total energy consumption in the city. The coal quality is not optimistic. In December 2015, the unqualified rate of total sulfur and volatile matter in commercial coal (briquette) was 30%, and the unqualified rate of total sulfur in coal-fired enterprises was 19%. The control of dust pollution is weak, and most construction sites have not implemented the "six 100%" requirements; The problem of road dust is prominent, and there are many large-scale heavy-duty vehicles pulling sand and gravel in the urban ring road and National Highway 107, and most of them have not taken dust prevention measures such as covering; There is a serious shortage of mechanical scanning vehicles in urban areas, and the mechanical scanning rate of urban main roads is far below the 80% target set by the implementation plan of Xinxiang Blue Sky Project. There is a risk of rebound in straw burning, and the control of waste incineration in the city is not strict; There are many problems in oil quality and oil and gas recovery. Ten private gas stations sampled and tested gasoline, and many found unqualified oil products.

Fifth, water pollution control has a long way to go. Xinxiang’s industries such as medicine, paper-making, chemical fiber, chemical industry, wine and beverage, food processing and textile account for about 80% of the city’s industrial water pollution emissions every year. The problem of direct sewage discharge is still common. The coverage rate of sewage pipe network in the city is about 70%, and about 150,000 tons of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are directly discharged into rivers every day. Xinxiang City has built 14 sewage treatment plants, and 4 of them have not been put into operation. Among the 10 sewage treatment plants in operation, two sewage treatment plants have insufficient water collection and cannot operate normally; The two sewage treatment plants have been overloaded for a long time, and there are often problems of excessive discharge and sewage overflow; The two sewage treatment plants discharge about 170,000 tons of wastewater exceeding the standard every day because they accept high-concentration industrial wastewater. The environmental problems of livestock and poultry breeding are not optimistic, and more than 300 large-scale farms (communities) have no pollution prevention facilities; However, non-large-scale livestock and poultry farmers generally have not built supporting pollution prevention facilities, and the pollution situation is outstanding.

Sixth, the construction of environmental infrastructure is seriously lagging behind. The construction of sewage treatment planning projects is slow. Of the 18 projects required to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2015 in Henan Province, 12 projects have not been completed. The urban central heating rate is low. According to the calculation, the urban central heating rate is less than 20%, which brings great challenges to air pollution control in winter. The operation and management of domestic waste landfill is not standardized. There are some problems in 8 domestic waste landfills in Xinxiang city, such as irregular landfill, abnormal operation of leachate treatment facilities, and failure to timely check and accept.

Seventh, some enterprises have repeatedly banned environmental violations and violations. There is fraud in boiler modification of Huaxing Pharmaceutical Factory in Xinxiang, Henan Province; The supporting desulfurization facilities of No.1 boiler in the enterprise are not operating normally; No.4 75t/h boiler has no environmental protection procedures, and the desulfurization and denitrification facilities operate illegally. Henan Li Gu Special Cement Co., Ltd. resumed production without authorization after being punished by Henan Provincial Environmental Protection Department and stopped production for rectification, and caused pollution to the surrounding atmospheric environment. The inspection also found that Xinxiang Jujing Chemical Co., Ltd., Huojia Dongzhangju New Wall Building Materials Factory, Xinxiang Huazhong Cement Co., Ltd., Yanjin Satellite Environmental Protection New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Xinxiang Xintailong Wood Industry Co., Ltd. and Huarui Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. have problems such as abnormal operation of pollution prevention facilities and illegal production.

Strengthen pressure transmission and strengthen problem rectification.

In response to the above problems, the inspection team requested that Xinxiang City should conscientiously do a good job in rectifying the feedback from comprehensive inspections. The rectification plan should be submitted to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Henan Provincial Government within 20 working days, and the rectification plan should be "checked, assessed and accountable". In promoting the rectification work, we should further unify our thinking, strengthen pressure transmission, strictly implement the requirements of the Environmental Protection Law and the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening Environmental Supervision and Law Enforcement, and resolutely promote the new normal of environmental law-abiding.

At the feedback meeting, the Environmental Protection Department of Henan Province stressed: First, it is necessary to recognize the current grim situation, earnestly enhance the sense of urgency and responsibility in environmental protection work, and deeply understand the decision-making arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on ecological civilization construction and the firm determination to strengthen environmental protection work. Xinxiang city should draw inferences from others, comprehensively sort out the outstanding problems that restrict the improvement of environmental quality, firmly seize the major opportunities currently facing, and make overall plans to promote a win-win situation for environmental protection and economy. Second, it is necessary to highlight key areas, pay close attention to the rectification and implementation of outstanding environmental problems, keep a close eye on the objectives, implement responsibilities, ensure the completion of the objectives and tasks assigned by Henan Province’s "Blue Sky Project Implementation Plan", do a good job in comprehensively improving the water environment, strengthen the centralized rectification of industrial clusters and industrial parks, severely crack down on outstanding environmental violations, and strengthen the construction of environmental monitoring networks. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the "four responsibilities", build a general pattern of environmental protection under the leadership of party committees, government responsibility, departmental cooperation and social co-governance, and strengthen the leadership responsibilities of party committees and governments, which should be strictly implemented in accordance with the clear requirements of the central government on environmental protection "Party and government share the same responsibility and one post and two responsibilities"; Clarify the "three management and three necessities" responsibilities of relevant departments, strictly enforce the unified supervision responsibility of environmental protection, and implement the responsibility of pollutant discharge units to abide by the law.

Finally, Wang Dengxi, acting mayor of Xinxiang Municipal People’s Government, stated that Xinxiang City will take this feedback meeting as an opportunity, focus on the feedback from the supervision team and all relevant requirements, do its best to implement all the work, and vigorously promote the continuous improvement of the environmental situation. We should further improve our ideological understanding, strengthen the rectification of problems, address both the symptoms and the root causes, and be stricter in asking questions and accountability. Xinxiang City will firmly establish the concept of green development, fully implement the environmental protection principle of "Party and government share responsibility, double responsibility for one post and accountability for dereliction of duty", strengthen environmental protection with stricter measures, greater efforts and higher standards, and continuously improve environmental quality.

The legend of the spring festival

The original meaning of the concepts of Spring Festival and Year comes from agriculture. In ancient times, people called the growth cycle of the valley "Year", and Shuo Wen He Bu: "Year, the valley is ripe". In the Xia and Shang Dynasties, the Xia calendar came into being, with the moon’s full and short period as the month, and a year divided into twelve months. Every month, the day when the moon is not seen is the new moon, and the first day of the first month is called the beginning of the year, which is also called the year. The name of the year began in the Zhou Dynasty, and it was officially fixed in the Western Han Dynasty and continued until today. However, in ancient times, the first day of the first month was called "New Year’s Day". Until the victory of the Revolution of 1911 in modern China, in order to conform to the farming season and facilitate statistics, the Nanjing Provisional Government stipulated that the summer calendar should be used among the people, and the Gregorian calendar should be implemented in government agencies, factories, mines, schools and organizations, with the first day of January of the Gregorian calendar as New Year’s Day and the first day of the first month of the lunar calendar as the Spring Festival.

On September 27, 1949, New China was founded. At the first plenary session of the China People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Gregorian calendar era was adopted, and the first day of January of the Gregorian calendar was designated as New Year’s Day, commonly known as the Gregorian calendar year. The first day of the first lunar month is usually around beginning of spring, so the first day of the first lunar month is designated as the "Spring Festival", commonly known as the lunar year.

In the traditional sense, the Spring Festival refers to the sacrificial rites from La Worship on the eighth day of the twelfth lunar month or on the 23rd of the twelfth lunar month to the fifteenth day of the first lunar month, with New Year’s Eve and the first day of the first lunar month as the climax. During the Spring Festival, a traditional festival, the Han nationality and most ethnic minorities in our country have to hold various celebration activities. Most of these activities are mainly about offering sacrifices to gods and buddhas, paying homage to ancestors, getting rid of the old and spreading the new, welcoming the new year and praying for a good harvest. The forms of activities are rich and colorful, with strong national characteristics.

One of the legends of the Spring Festival: staying up for the new year.

Keeping the old year is the custom of staying up late to welcome the new year on the last night of the old year. It is also called keeping the old year on New Year’s Eve, and its common name is "endure the new year". Exploring the origin of this custom, there is an interesting story circulating among the people:

In Archaean times, there was a fierce monster scattered in the mountains and forests. People called them Nian. Its appearance is ferocious, its nature is ferocious, and it specializes in eating birds and animals and insects. It changes its taste every day, from kowtowing insects to living people, which makes people talk about "Nian". Later, people gradually mastered the activity law of "Nian", which is to go to places where people live in concentrated communities every 365 days to taste fresh food, and the haunting time is after dark, and when the cock crows at dawn, they return to the mountains.

Having determined the date when the Year of the Year raged, the people regarded this terrible night as a gateway, which was called the Year of the Year, and came up with a whole set of ways to close the New Year’s Day: every household cooked dinner in advance on this night, turned off the fire and cleaned the stove, then tied up all the cowpens, sealed the front and rear doors of the house, and hid in the house to eat the "New Year’s Eve", because this dinner was uncertain. In addition to asking the whole family to dine together to show harmony and reunion, it is also necessary to offer sacrifices to ancestors before eating, pray for the blessing of ancestors, and spend the night safely. After dinner, no one dares to sleep and sit together to chat and be courageous. It gradually formed the habit of staying up on New Year’s Eve.

The custom of observing the age rose in the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and many scholars in the Liang Dynasty had poems about observing the age. "One night is even two years old, and the five hours are divided into two years." People light candles or oil lamps and keep vigil all night, symbolizing driving away all evil diseases and looking forward to good luck in the new year. This custom has been passed down from generation to generation.

Legend 2 of the Spring Festival: the theory of creating a calendar in ten thousand years

According to legend, in ancient times, there was a young man named Wan Nian, who saw that the festivals were chaotic at that time and had a plan to set them accurately. But he couldn’t find a way to calculate the time. One day, he was tired of chopping wood on the mountain and sat in the shade of a tree. The movement of the shadow inspired him. He designed a sundial to measure the time of the day. Later, the dripping spring on the cliff inspired him, and he began to make a five-layer leaky pot to calculate the time. Over time, he found that every three hundred and sixty days, the four seasons would cycle once, and the length of the weather would be repeated.

At that time, the monarch was called Zu Yi, and he was often troubled by the unpredictable weather. After ten thousand years of knowing it, he took the sundial and the clepsydra to see the emperor and explained to Zu Yi the truth of the movement of the sun and the moon. After hearing this, Zu Yi was very happy and felt reasonable. So I left Wannian, built the Sun Moon Pavilion in front of the Temple of Heaven, and built a sundial platform and a leaky pot pavilion. I hope that I can accurately measure the laws of the sun and the moon, calculate the exact time of the morning and evening, and create a calendar to benefit the people of the world.

On one occasion, Zu Yi went to learn about the progress of the calendar for ten thousand years. When he boarded the Sun Moon altar, he saw a poem engraved on the stone wall beside the Temple of Heaven:

Sunrise and sunset are 360, and it starts all over again.

The vegetation is divided into four seasons, and there are twelve circles in a year.

Knowing that the calendar has been created in ten thousand years, I personally boarded the Sun Moon Pavilion to visit ten thousand years. Wannian pointed to the astronomical phenomena and said to Zu Yi, "Now it is twelve months old, the old year is over, and the new year begins again. Please make a festival for the monarch." Zu Yi said, "Spring is the first year of the year, so let’s call it Spring Festival". It is said that this is the origin of the Spring Festival.

Winter went to spring, year after year, and after years of long-term observation and careful calculation, he worked out an accurate solar calendar. When he presented the solar calendar to his successor, he was covered with silver whiskers. The monarch was deeply moved. In order to commemorate the achievements of ten thousand years, he named the solar calendar "perpetual calendar" and named it the birthday star of the sun, moon and moon. In the future, people hang up Shou Xingtu during the Chinese New Year, which is said to commemorate the venerable ten thousand years.

The third legend of the Spring Festival: Sticking Spring Festival couplets and door gods

It is said that the custom of pasting Spring Festival couplets began about 1000 years ago in the post-Shu period, which is proved by history. In addition, according to the Jade Candle Collection, Yanjing’s Chronicle of Years Old and other works, the original form of Spring Festival couplets is what people call "Taofu".

In the ancient mythology of China, it is said that there is a ghost world, in which there is a mountain, a big peach tree covering 3,000 miles, and a golden rooster at the top of the tree. Whenever the golden rooster crows in the morning, ghosts who wander at night will rush back to the ghost domain. The gate of Ghost Domain is located in the northeast of peach tree. There are two gods standing by the door, named shentu and Yu Lei. If the ghost does something unnatural at night, shentu and Yu Lei will immediately find it and catch it, tie it up with a rope made of awn reed and send it to the tiger. So all the ghosts in the world are afraid of shentu and Yu Lei. So the people carved them into peach wood and put them at their doorsteps to ward off evil spirits and prevent harm. Later, people simply carved the names of shentu and Yu Lei on the mahogany board, thinking that doing so could also eliminate evil. This kind of mahogany board was later called "Taofu".

In the Song Dynasty, people began to write couplets on the mahogany board, one of which did not lose the meaning of killing evil spirits, the other expressed their good wishes, and the third decorated the portal for beauty. They also write couplets on red paper symbolizing happiness and good luck, and stick them on both sides of doors and windows during the Spring Festival to express people’s good wishes for good luck in the coming year.

In order to pray for the longevity of the family, people in some places still keep the habit of sticking to the door. It is said that two door gods are pasted on the gate, and all monsters will be afraid. In the folk, the door god is a symbol of righteousness and force. The ancients believed that people with strange looks often had magical temperament and extraordinary skills. They are honest and kind-hearted, and it is their nature and responsibility to catch ghosts and capture demons. Zhong Kui, the ghost hunter admired by people, is such a strange look. Therefore, the folk door gods are always glaring and ugly, with all kinds of traditional weapons in their hands, ready to fight against ghosts who dare to come to the door. Because the doors of Chinese houses are usually two opposite, the door gods are always in pairs.

After the Tang Dynasty, in addition to shentu and Yu Lei, people regarded Qin Shubao and Weichi Gong, two military commanders in the Tang Dynasty, as gatekeepers. According to legend, Emperor Taizong was ill, and when he heard the ghosts calling outside, he was restless all night. So he asked the two generals to stand by the door with weapons, and there was no ghost harassment the next night. Later, Emperor Taizong had the images of these two generals painted and pasted on the door, and this custom began to spread widely among the people.

Director Bo Huang’s first landing on the island, the mobile phone equipment was completely scrapped, and LAY’s stormy operation was super happy

The behind-the-scenes reality show "Another Good Play" recorded the whole process of shooting 94 plays by nearly 1,000 crew members in 137 days. After the broadcast of the first episode, the response was enthusiastic, revealing for the first time the whole casting process of the new director and revealing the interesting stories of the main creators’ makeup trials: Shu Qi recommended LAY to play the role of "younger brother", Bo Huang "tricked" LAY into joining the group, Wang Baoqiang brought his own joyful physique to comment on fashion wear, and Shu Qi became the "knife-mending king" to ridicule Bo Huang for being "too fat".

With the completion of the assembly work of the leading actors, the final preparation work before starting the machine is also carried out. The first scene shot by the crew was an island in the Pacific Ocean. Director Bo Huang said that it was amazing to be the first team to shoot a film on the island. In the special, the first day of Bo Huang’s film on the island, it rained suddenly, and it lasted for 10 hours in the rain. The mobile phone in his pocket was scrapped together with the newly bought framing equipment.

The director’s mobile phone is powerless.

In the special released this time, we can see that the island is blustery from morning till night, and it rains cats and dogs from time to time. Director Bo Huang said that "there will be 400 rains in 365 days" on the island. In order to enhance the shooting effect, several machines and equipment are protected layer by layer in the case of storm, and director Bo Huang even asked for artificial rainfall and large fans. In the special edition, we can also see that LAY is soaked to the skin, and he is still optimistic and lively under the harsh shooting conditions. He is in an excellent mood to sing songs in a warm heart during the rainstorm, and staged a strength imitation show during the filming, and he is more willing to help others pick up props that were blown away by the strong wind. As the eldest brother, director Bo Huang is more hands-on in teaching, patiently helping his younger brother LAY to find the best state, and LAY’s performance won the director Bo Huang’s affirmation and he was very happy.

Wang Baoqiang laughed at the director Bo Huang’s face-slapping, and the drama group made fun of each other and supported each other.

Bo Huang, who directed and acted in the film The Island for the first time, polished his sword for eight years in his debut. It is reported that the script alone polished it for two years. Wang Baoqiang, the leading actor in the play, laughed and said that he saw the tension and anxiety of director Bo Huang, as if he had seen himself directing and acting his debut last year. He said that being a director and an actor are two different States. In the special series, he even "ridiculed" the director for squeezing time to eat and showing off his leisure as an actor. After two months of filming, he was asked about the impressive picture, while Wang Baoqiang "slapped his face" and refused to answer and said that he wanted to leave.

The storm on the island is only a part of the shooting difficulty, and the daily arrival of the shooting location has become one of the difficulties, so we can only temporarily build different roads to adapt to the mountains for everyone to walk safely. Although the studio conditions were limited, director Bo Huang tried his best to solve the problem, for fear that everyone would get sick in the rain and provide a stove for everyone to keep warm. In the special edition, the guidance to Shu Qi and Li Qinqin is just beginning to appear, accompanying the actors to adjust their state in the wind and rain, teasing and amusing to find emotions.

Bo Huang and Wang Baoqiang spit on each other.

The Island’s behind-the-scenes stand-alone reality show presents a variety of film creations, and will record the filming process in the form of two episodes a week. The second episode of the reality show will focus on the restoration and the completion of the first filming after the shipwreck. Although the conditions in the rainstorm studio are harsh, there are many joys. No matter how difficult it is, we will support each other, work together, trust each other and encourage each other. Let’s look forward to what more difficulties and tests will be encountered later!

It is reported that the film The Island tells the story of a group of people who are accidentally shipwrecked and forced to live on a desert island, and face a series of "human nature" problems. The film is jointly produced by Shanghai Hanna Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd., Beijing Light Film Co., Ltd., Horgos Chunronghe Media Co., Ltd. and Horgos Le Blooming Film Co., Ltd., and is strongly supported by the project funded by the special fund for promoting the development of Shanghai film. It will officially meet with you in the summer file on August 10th, so that we can witness the unique "a good play" of director Bo Huang!
