1. The former military region eugenics center work.

In the 1980s, pediatrics had a sound child health care system, and in 1988, it was awarded as the technical guidance station for prenatal and postnatal care in Bayi Hospital by the former military region. In 2000, it was upgraded to the family planning center of the former military region by the examination and approval of the former military region Ministry of Health and pediatric experts. The center insists on the management of children’s health care system for the army and the grass-roots units, and carries out health examination, nutrition and intellectual development monitoring of healthy children, identification of sick and disabled children, psychological counseling for children, psychological behavior measurement of children, intelligence screening of children, nutrition measurement of children and determination of trace elements of children for the army and local children. Provide guidance for children’s growth, development and feeding, and carry out special diagnosis and treatment of anorexia, short stature and obesity in children, as well as guidance for children’s excellent education. Educate and educate children for the prevention and treatment of common diseases all the year round, and hold various forms of TV, radio, live lectures and parents’ schools to the army and local authorities for many times. The contents are "Children’s Psychology and Education", "Prevention and Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Infection in Children", "Prevention and First Aid of Accidental Injury in Children", "Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases in Kindergarten in Spring" and "Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease", which are warmly welcomed by parents. Self-made propaganda videos, audio tapes and slides, as well as popular science books and pamphlets on eugenics and good parenting, have played a good role in promoting children’s health care in the army and local areas. In the past ten years, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, clinical laboratory and other related departments have worked together to win the national advanced unit of prenatal and postnatal care for three times.

2. Allergic diseases and children’s asthma center

Since the establishment of this college for more than ten years, we have carried out allergen detection (acupuncture and in vitro allergen detection) on bronchial asthma (including allergic cough), allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, pollinosis and various skin allergies to find allergens, and have taken the lead in developing specific immunotherapy (desensitization therapy) in Nanjing and the military, and achieved good results. A children’s asthma center was established, and a lung function detector was introduced to analyze the severity of the disease and guide the treatment. Comprehensive treatment and specific desensitization immunotherapy were carried out according to the GINA scheme formulated by the international asthma organization, which effectively controlled the asthma symptoms and reduced the recurrence. From the beginning of childhood asthma with a single disease to the treatment of various allergic diseases, from children to adults with allergic diseases, from the increase of patients in the city to outside the province, the popularity of this major has gradually increased. It has been invited to hold TV lectures on childhood asthma in Jiangsu and Nanjing TV stations for many times, and has held various summer camps and winter camps for children with asthma, and held interesting lectures on asthma knowledge and prize-winning questions and answers, which have been welcomed by parents and children. The department summed up the clinical experience in time, and the clinical and basic research on asthma in children won a third prize for military medical achievements of the whole army and a number of second and third prizes for hospital medical achievements.

3. Study on the etiology of respiratory and digestive tract infections in children.

In China, it was the first to report the research of Brevibacterium catarrhalis in children’s respiratory tract infection diseases, and it was the first to carry out the research of Coxsackie virus and echovirus in children’s respiratory tract and digestive tract infection diseases in our province, and won three third prizes of the military scientific and technological progress award successively. In recent years, pathogenic detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae, chlamydia pneumoniae, respiratory syncytial virus, rotavirus and EB virus has been carried out, which provides a basis for early diagnosis of pneumonia and rational use of antibiotics.

4. Diagnosis and treatment of malignant solid tumors and hematological tumors in children

The Cancer Center of the Bayi Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army is the cancer center of the whole army of the People’s Liberation Army. For many years, the pediatric department has applied the comprehensive treatment scheme of multi-drug combined chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy to treat children’s solid tumors (nephroblastoma, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, primitive neuroectodermal tumor, etc.) and blood tumors (leukemia, malignant lymphoma, etc.), and achieved good results, most of which achieved complete remission and prolonged the lives of children.

5. Children’s short clinic

The Department of Child Growth and Development screens short children whose height is less than 2 percentiles among healthy children, carries out genetic and endocrine disease screening, predicts their future height, and carries out related comprehensive treatment such as growth hormone.

6. Pediatric anorexia clinic

The difference between the new generation car networking system and CarPlay/Carlife

Let’s analyze it from different angles and see the differences between the new generation car networking system and CarPlay/Carlife:

Differentiation of OEM perspectives:

First of all, from the standpoint of automobile manufacturers (OEMs), CarPlay is dominated by Apple, and the role of OEMs is relatively limited. The application of CarPlay needs to be operated through the mobile phone. Although the OEM saves the traffic fee, the data control is in the mobile phone, not the car itself. The new generation of car networking systems seek deeper integration, such as zebra system, which aims to become the center of car machines, not just the copy of mobile phone functions.

Differences in integration depth:

Mobile phone mapping technologies such as CarPlay are less integrated with vehicles and only run as on-screen applications. The new generation car networking system can be deeply integrated with vehicle hardware to realize voice control, such as BYD system of BYD, which allows multiple modules to be controlled and creates more possibilities.

Improvement of user experience:

In terms of user experience, mapping systems such as CarPlay have limitations, such as the conflict between navigation and mobile phone operation. The new generation car networking system solves these problems through deep integration, and provides a smoother interactive experience, such as controlling vehicle functions through voice commands without disturbing drivers.

Evolution of hardware configuration:

Due to the limitation of function, the hardware configuration of traditional lathe is relatively simple. With the development of intelligent network, the hardware of the new generation car has also been significantly improved, such as supporting multi-touch and higher-level user experience design.

LIFE

Generally speaking, the difference between the new generation car networking system and CarPlay/Carlife lies in the improvement of integration, control ability and user experience. In the era of intelligent networking, the car is no longer a simple entertainment system, but as the core component of car intelligence, providing drivers with a more convenient and intelligent interactive experience. Therefore, it is no longer applicable to discuss the substitution relationship between traditional car and CarPlay/Carlife. The future development trend is to deepen the interaction between people and cars and promote the popularization of intelligent travel.

The cumulative box office of China films in the Spring Festival this decade reached 7.82 billion.

1905 movie network news In the past ten years, the movie schedule in China has been continuously developed and matured. The box office of the main schedule, such as Spring Festival and National Day, has been steadily rising, and the emerging small schedules, such as Qingming, May Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, have also performed brilliantly.

From 2012 to 2019, the box office figures of Chinese New Year movies are constantly refreshing, and the films released during the period are becoming more and more diversified. We can not only see family comedies and big-scale fantasy, but also see thrilling and tense war movies, newly emerging domestic science fiction movies, etc., and China audiences have more and more choices to watch movies.

In 2020, due to the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, the pace of the Spring Festival stalls will be suspended. But in 2021, even under the continuous influence of the epidemic, the heavy return of the Spring Festival file was a blockbuster and the box office reached a new high.On the first day of the New Year’s Day, the box office reached 1.69 billion yuan, and the cumulative box office reached 7.82 billion yuan. The contribution rate of the seven days of the Spring Festival to the total box office in the whole year reached 16.6%. It can be seen that the Spring Festival has gradually become one of the most important movie schedules in the whole year.

These years’ National Day files have left us unforgettable memories of watching movies. Beginning in 2019, the National Day file not only ushered in the rapid development of the box office, but also appeared a large number of films that were in line with the National Day atmosphere and filled with feelings of home and country. For example, in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

In addition, in recent years, many small-scale schedules have gradually formed, cultivating the audience’s habit of watching movies during holidays. For example, Qingming Festival, May Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, etc., many small and beautiful films aim at these opportunities and try to make deus ex as a dark horse. Take 2021 as an example, there will be Qingming Festival, May Day and surprises. In 2022, there are also a large number of small and medium-sized films with family as the core aimed at the Mid-Autumn Festival, which have gained a good reputation and enriched the film market.

In the past ten years, the box office figures of China’s movie slots have set a new record, and the emerging slots have matured, which not only promotes the prosperity of the movie market, but also allows the audience to look forward to new movies all year round. I hope that in the future, there will be good movies with the audience on every significant day and unforgettable holiday time.

Taboo is not only a requirement when taking Chinese medicine, but also applies to western medicine.

There is a cloud in the synopsis of the golden chamber written by Zhang Zhongjing, a medical sage: "If you eat something, it will harm you, but it will harm you." "If you eat something, it will be suitable for your illness, and it will harm you. If you benefit, it will be suitable for your health, and if it hurts you, it will become a disease." Since ancient times, it is well-known that Chinese medicine pays attention to taking medicine and taboos, but in fact, when taking western medicine, it is also necessary to pay attention to dietary taboos.

Taking western medicine still needs to be taboo (Xi Ruonan/People’s Network)

Oral drugs enter the body through absorption (through gastrointestinal tract), distribution (through blood and lymph), metabolism (through liver) and excretion (through kidney and biliary tract). Some foods may affect the absorption, metabolism and other processes of drugs, reduce the efficacy, even make drugs ineffective, and even increase the toxicity of drugs in severe cases. Therefore, according to the condition and treatment needs, patients should follow the doctor’s advice and avoid certain foods when taking medicine, so as not to affect the curative effect of drugs or increase the adverse reactions of drugs. Here are some foods that need to be avoided when taking medicine.

Which drugs should not be taken with grapefruit juice?

Grapefruit juice contains a component that inhibits drug metabolizing enzymes-furan coumarin. It can double the efficacy of drugs entering the blood, thus changing the "therapeutic dose" into "toxic dose". When the situation is serious, users may have adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, acute renal failure, respiratory failure and sudden death. In addition, organic anion transport polypeptide OATP1A2 can transport drugs from small intestine to blood, whileNaringin contained in citrus fruits can hinder it. Specifically, the following drugs should not be taken with grapefruit juice:

Antihypertensive drugs (amlodipine, felodipine, nifedipine)

Cholesterol lowering drugs (atorvastatin, lovastatin, simvastatin, fluvastatin, pravastatin)

Hypoglycemic drugs (repaglinide, glibenclamide)

Antiarrhythmic drugs (amiodarone, verapamil)

Antiplatelet drugs (clopidogrel, cilostazol, aspirin, warfarin)

Tetracyclines (erythromycin, clarithromycin)

Antidepressants (trazodone, sertraline)

Antipsychotics (quetiapine, clozapine, haloperidol)

Antiepileptic drugs (carbamazepine)

Sedative hypnotics (triazolam, midazolam, buspirone, diazepam, clonazepam, zolpidem)

Analgesics (methadone, oxycodone, fentanyl)

Medicine for improving cerebral circulation (nimodipine)

Gastrointestinal drugs (cisapride, domperidone)

Cough suppressant (dextromethorphan)

Vasoconstrictor (ergotamine)

Uterine contraction and induced labor drug (mifepristone)

Immunosuppressive drugs after organ transplantation (cyclosporine, tacrolimus)

Antitumor drugs (cyclophosphamide, dasatinib)

Antierectile dysfunction drugs (tadanafil, vardenafil)

Which drugs should not be taken with ethanol?

The combination of ethanol in alcohol and cephalosporins can cause acetaldehyde poisoning. The combination of ethanol and cardiovascular drugs will inhibit the contractility of sympathetic nerve and myocardium, enhance the effect of antihypertensive drugs, reduce blood pressure sharply, and endanger health. The combination of ethanol and hypoglycemic drugs can increase insulin secretion, enhance the effect of hypoglycemic drugs and trigger hypoglycemia shock. The combination of ethanol and sedatives can inhibit the patient’s breathing and lead to coma. The combination of ethanol and anti-gout drugs will weaken the efficacy of drugs in inhibiting uric acid production. The combination of ethanol and antipyretic and analgesic drugs will stimulate gastrointestinal mucosa and cause gastrointestinal bleeding. As an enzyme inducer of liver drugs, ethanol combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs and anti-tumor drugs will accelerate drug metabolism and increase hepatotoxicity. Specifically, the following drugs should not be taken with alcohol:

Antibiotics (cephalosporins, ornidazole, metronidazole, furazolidone, chloramphenicol)

Antihypertensive drugs (reserpine, captopril, nifedipine, hydralazine)

Diuretics (furosemide, spironolactone, hydrochlorothiazide)

Antiangina drugs (nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate)

Cardiotonic drugs (digitalis, digoxin)

Hypoglycemic drugs (gliclazide, glibenclamide, gliquidone, phenformin)

Antiepileptic drugs (carbamazepine, phenytoin sodium)

Sedative hypnotics (diazepam, phenobarbital, chlorzoxazole)

Antidepressants (imipramine, amitriptyline)

Antihistamines (chlorphenamine, cyproheptadine, diphenhydramine)

Antipsychotics (perphenazine, chlorpromazine)

Antigout drugs (allopurinol)

Antipyretic and analgesic drugs (ibuprofen, aspirin, acetaminophen, indomethacin)

Anti-tuberculosis drugs (rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, pyrazinamide)

Gastric acid secretion inhibitor (cimetidine)

Antitumor drugs (fluorouracil, methotrexate)

Which drugs should be taken with milk and yogurt?

Milk and yogurt contain more calcium, protein, amino acids, tyramine and other ingredients. Calcium ions can form insoluble complexes with antibiotics, iron agents, metal ions and other drugs in the intestine, which will affect the absorption of drugs and lead to weakened curative effect. Aromatic amino acids in milk will significantly reduce the absorption of anti-Parkinson’s drugs. Monoamine oxidase inhibitors can accumulate.Tyramine in milk causes adverse reactions such as sudden rise of blood pressure and arrhythmia. Protein in milk can reduce the efficacy of theophylline drugs. Specifically, the following drugs should not be taken with milk and yogurt:

Antibiotics (tetracycline, doxycycline, minocycline, moxifloxacin, levofloxacin)

Gastric mucosal protective drugs (aluminum hydroxide, magnesium aluminum carbonate, colloidal bismuth pectin)

Osteoporosis drugs (alendronate sodium, ibandronate sodium)

Anti-Parkinson drugs (levodopa, carbidopa)

Antihypothyroid drug (levothyroxine sodium)

Iron supplement (ferrous succinate)

Antiasthmatic drugs (theophylline, aminophylline)

Medicine for treat constipation (bisacodyl)

Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (selegiline, isoniazid)

Which drugs should not be taken with tea and coffee?

Tea and coffee contain caffeine, theophylline and other alkaloids, which can excite the central nervous system and reduce the sleeping effect of sedative and hypnotic drugs. Tannin contained in tea can combine with protein to form tannic acid protein, which inactivates probiotics with enzyme activity, weakens the effect of digestive aid or invalidates the drug. Tannin combined with antibiotics will affect antibacterial activity, and antibiotics can inhibit theophylline metabolism, increase theophylline toxicity, and lead to adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting. Tannin can also precipitate with metal ions, reducing the efficacy of drugs such as iron and calcium. Tannin combined with cardiac glycosides and alkaloids will form insoluble precipitate, which will hinder gastrointestinal absorption and affect the efficacy of drugs. Specifically, the following drugs should not be taken with tea and coffee:

Digestive AIDS (multi-enzyme tablets, pancreatin tablets, mother-feeding students, lactase students)

Cardiotonic (digoxin)

Iron supplement (ferrous succinate)

Calcium supplements (calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate)

Sedative hypnotics (diazepam, phenobarbital, zopiclone)

Gastric mucosal protective drugs (bismuth potassium citrate, sucralfate)

Antibiotics (minocycline, doxycycline, roxithromycin, azithromycin)

Alkaloids (codeine, atropine, ephedrine)

Which drugs should not be taken with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (nicotine)?

Nicotine, nicotine and other components contained in tobacco can affect the metabolism of antiasthmatic drugs, hypoglycemic drugs, diuretics, anti-angina drugs and other drugs, leading to the decrease of drug concentration in blood and the increase of excretion rate, thus affecting the curative effect of drugs. Nicotine in tobacco can excite the central nervous system, reduce the sensitivity of the body to sedative and analgesic drugs, and make the efficacy of drugs worse. Smoking will increase the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin, stimulate vasoconstriction, delay gastric emptying, and affect the protective effect of gastric mucosa on drugs. Long-term smokers will form a layer of smoke tar on the inner membrane of trachea. If patients need to use aerosol for treatment, smoke tar will affect the effect of aerosol in treatment. In addition, smoking will also weaken the role of local anesthetics and increase the chance of pain after anesthesia. Specifically, the following drugs should not be taken with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (nicotine):

Antiasthmatic drugs (theophylline, aminophylline)

Hypoglycemic drugs (insulin, tolbutamide, phenformin)

Antiangina drugs (nifedipine, atenolol)

Gastric acid secretion inhibitors (cimetidine, ranitidine)

Diuretics (furosemide)

Antipyretic analgesic (acetaminophen)

Antipsychotics (clozapine)

Sedative hypnotics (diazepam, azone)

Local anesthetic (lidocaine)

All kinds of aerosols (salbutamol)

Which drugs should not be taken with foods containing potassium?

Banana, citrus, coriander, laver, spinach and other foods with high potassium content should not be combined with drugs such as spironolactone, triamcinolone acetonide and potassium chloride to avoid hyperkalemia.

Which drugs should not be taken with pickled food?

Drugs containing aminopyrine, such as acetaminophen, aminopyrine caffeine and compound amantadine aminopyrine, and sodium nitrite in pickled food can form carcinogenic nitroso compounds in gastric acid. Therefore, drugs containing aminopyrine can not be eaten with pickled food.

Which drugs should not be taken with high-protein foods?

When high-protein food is combined with levodopa, it will produce a large number of amino acids in the intestine that hinder the absorption of drugs, which will reduce the efficacy of drugs. In addition, when high-protein food is combined with isoniazid, tyramine, an intermediate product of protein decomposition, can accumulate in the body, causing patients to have symptoms such as headache, palpitation, limb swelling and numbness. Starting from manufacturing and selling fake health care products across provinces: "three noes" aphrodisiacs become "explosions"

Xinhua News Agency, Wuhan, May 22nd Question: Why did the "three noes" aphrodisiac become the "explosion" of the network? — — Starting from the inter-provincial manufacturing and selling fake health care products chain

Xinhua News Agency reporter Jianqiang Liang

Several handfuls of sildenafil powder and several handfuls of corn flour are mixed and stirred in the washbasin, and then put into capsules. The exquisite packaging box is grandly marked with the functions of "strengthening yang" and "tonifying kidney deficiency" — — In this way, "health products" without formal manufacturers, accurate production dates and relevant quality tests have been sold to more than 20 provinces through the Internet.

Why can the "three no health products" processed in small workshops sell well or even become "explosions" on the network platform? The reporter conducted an investigation.

A batch of online shopping low-priced health care products led to a major case of selling fakes.

In February this year, Mr. Li, who intends to open a health care product store, purchased a batch of goods from the online platform. After the arrival of the goods, some of the health care products aroused his suspicion.

"I may have bought some fakes online." Mr. Li chose to call the police. The police sent these suspicious products with the words "quick-acting aphrodisiac" printed on the boxes to the food and drug supervision and administration department for testing. The test found that there were no formal manufacturers of many products submitted for inspection, belonging to "three noes" counterfeit drugs, and sildenafil commonly known as "Viagra" was illegally added.

How did such "health products" enter the market?

The public security organs traced it and found that these counterfeit drugs were purchased from a shop in a group shopping APP — — "Heroes Paradise" is owned by Wang, a native of Shandong. After on-the-spot investigation, the police locked a two-story building suspected of being a warehouse and delivery den.

Recently, the police successfully arrested Wang after continuous investigation and control.

The police of the task force involved in handling the case revealed that when the police entered the building, the staff were still busy counting and packing the goods to be sent. In the room, there are huge cartons containing thousands of boxes of different kinds of "health products" such as "tiger tiger gives birth to power". On the second floor, there are many computers, and the customer service staff are busy answering customer inquiries, filling out express orders, printing invoices and so on.

Three places form a chain of manufacturing and selling fake goods.

Where does the "three noes" fake medicine come from? The task force tracked and found that a chain of counterfeiting and selling fakes involving Hubei, Henan and Shandong has been formed.

The police tracked down and found that a batch of sildenafil was transported from Wuhan to Zhengzhou. In a fake den, the case-handling personnel arrested Wang Momin, who was suspected of making fake drugs, and seized more than 10,000 semi-finished fake drug capsules.

According to Wang Momin’s confession, since May 2017, she has organized and produced more than 10 kinds of "health products" such as Deer Whip Pill, Flower Picker, American Panther and Tiger Tiger Tiger, but it does not have the production qualification related to food and medicine.

Wang Momin bought 75 kilograms of sildenafil powder from Wuhan at a price of 10,000 yuan per 25 kilograms. There is no standard in the production process, the site has not been disinfected, and the dosage of sildenafil is also very random.

"Usually, a few handfuls of sildenafil powder and a few handfuls of corn flour are poured into the washbasin, stirred, scooped with capsules and covered, and it is made." Wang Momin confessed, "Corn flour is bought from the vegetable market in Zhengzhou, and how much sildenafil is put depends on estimation."

The cost of a box of "health products" produced in this way is only a few cents, but the price in the network ranges from more than ten yuan to dozens of yuan.

According to the investigators, although the "health products" produced by this den have different packaging, the ingredients are actually exactly the same. In the instructions of some products, it is claimed that "patients with heart disease and hypertension can take it", but in fact, for people with cardiovascular diseases, improper use of sildenafil is easy to cause harm to the body, and excessive dosage may even lead to sudden death.

The police initially estimated that the sildenafil purchased by Wang Momin was enough to produce millions of counterfeit drugs.

80,000 yuan "swipe" has become a network "explosion"

In Hubei, the police locked the source of sildenafil; At Wang Momin’s production den in Zhengzhou, the police seized more than 10,000 semi-finished counterfeit capsules; In addition, the police in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province seized more than 100,000 counterfeit drugs from the sales warehouse of Wang, who sold the products. The total value involved is expected to exceed 5 million yuan.

Why can the "three no health products" processed in small workshops sell well in the network platform? The reporter’s investigation found that the online "brushing" makes the sales volume "virtual high", which is one of the important ways for criminal suspects to attract business.

Police investigation found that in 2017, Wang opened a number of online stores on Pinduoduo. Subsequently, he put on the shelves a variety of "health products" such as "Tiger Tiger gives birth to power" and "German Black King Kong". In order to allow more customers to see their own shops when searching, he has invested nearly 80,000 yuan to "swipe the bill" and turned the goods into "explosions".

With the help of "brushing" to forge sales, Wang’s business has improved significantly. Taking January this year as an example, Wang sold more than 6,000 counterfeit drugs.

Relevant sales records show that since Wang opened an online store, various "health products" have been sold to more than 20 provinces. After the abnormal business conditions such as "brushing the bill" were discovered by the online platform, Wang was fined 77,000 yuan.

Shang Zhongsheng, an expert on social issues and deputy director of the Research Center for Urban Security and Social Management of Wuhan University, believes that cross-provincial counterfeiting and sales have formed a chain and become an "explosion" in the network, indicating that there are omissions at the regulatory level. "On the one hand, relevant departments such as industry and commerce, food and drug supervision, and public security need to strengthen linkage and form a joint force; On the other hand, we should also intensify our efforts to crack down on the found acts of counterfeiting and selling fake goods. You can’t just stare at offline physical stores, but also pay more attention to online sales. "

"As a platform for online sales, we must put ‘ Access ’ For related stores involving drugs and health products, the relevant qualifications should be strictly reviewed. " Shang Zhongsheng said that the punishment should be more shocking for shops that found violations of laws and regulations such as "brushing bills" and selling fakes.

Sichuan adjusts the control measures for people coming (returning) from Shanghai: change to home isolation.

According to "Sichuan released" WeChat WeChat official account news, June 10th 0— At 24: 00, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 65 newly confirmed local cases (36 in Beijing, 19 in Inner Mongolia, 7 in Shanghai and 3 in Liaoning), and 73 newly asymptomatic local infected people (25 in Beijing, 24 in Inner Mongolia, 9 in Shanghai, 6 in Guangxi, 3 in Liaoning, 3 in Jilin, 1 in Fujian and 1 in Yunnan). The public should pay close attention to the epidemic situation in Beijing, Shanghai, Dandong, Liaoning, Yanbian, Jilin, Xilin Gol, Chifeng and Fangchenggang, Guangxi.

2, the implementation of AB regional classification control.

According to the risk, our province divides the cities (including prefecture-level cities, provincial capital cities and municipalities directly under the Central Government) with local epidemics into Class A areas (cities with high risk of epidemic input in our province) and Class B areas (except Class A areas, other cities outside the province with local epidemics), and implements classified control. Please click "Read the original" at the end of the article for the specific list of A and B areas and corresponding control measures.

  Class a area

For those who have lived in Class A areas within 7 days, centralized isolation will be implemented until they arrive in Sichuan for 7 days.

  Class b area

For those who have lived in Class B areas within 7 days, classified management shall be implemented in the following ways:

For those who have lived in counties (cities, districts and banners) with local epidemic, they will be isolated at home until 7 days after their arrival in Sichuan. If they do not have the conditions for home isolation, centralized isolation will be implemented.

For those who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners), the throat swab nucleic acid test shall be carried out twice every three days (at an interval of 24 hours) after entering Sichuan, and it is not necessary to go out or gather before the test results come out.

  3. Strengthen the detection of nucleic acid of people coming (returning) to Sichuan from non-A and B areas.

All personnel from non-A and B areas who come (return) to Sichuan must undergo two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after entering Sichuan, of which the first nucleic acid test is completed within 24 hours after entering Sichuan, and the second nucleic acid test is conducted after an interval of 24 hours.

People who come (return) to Sichuan from non-A and B areas have completed the first nucleic acid test and the results are negative, so they can travel normally.

Those who come (return) to Sichuan from non-A and B areas have not completed the nucleic acid detection twice after 72 hours in Sichuan, and their Tianfu Health Pass health code will be given yellow code.

  Important reminder

First, implement the personnel who come (return) to Sichuan to scan the "entry code", check the itinerary card and "landing inspection"

All airports, railway passenger stations, exit points of expressway toll stations and entry points of provincial boundaries of ordinary national and provincial trunk lines in the province should check the communication travel cards of all people coming (returning) to Sichuan, and ask to scan the "entry code".

Second, strengthen the investigation of risk personnel

All kinds of enterprises and institutions should strengthen the investigation of the history of residence and contact between people, and urge relevant personnel to implement various epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid testing in accordance with local requirements.

Third, strictly scan the code and bright the code

Accommodation, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, dance halls, bathing places, chess and card rooms (mahjong halls), Internet cafes, electronic amusement halls and other public places must implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, urge people entering to scan the place code, take their temperature, strictly check the communication itinerary cards and health codes of the people entering, and find out the people with yellow codes at the first time.

Four, to fulfill the legal obligations of personal epidemic prevention and control

There are no bystanders in epidemic prevention and control, and we must resolutely put an end to evading nucleic acid testing, concealing and lying about epidemic-related information, failing to cooperate with prevention and control measures, fabricating and spreading false information about the epidemic, and refusing to implement decisions and orders issued by the people’s government on epidemic prevention and control.

  Expert reminder

Pay attention to the epidemic situation and take the initiative to report nucleic acid testing.

If the public receives a short message of epidemic prevention and control reminder, or the health code changes to "red code" or "yellow code", they should immediately report to their community (village), unit or hotel, and cooperate with various epidemic prevention and control measures such as nucleic acid detection.

Strengthen the management of home isolation, and achieve true home and true isolation.

Home isolation is best to live alone. If there is no separate house, choose a well-ventilated room as the isolation room, try to use a separate bathroom and avoid sharing the bathroom with other family members. The daily life and meals of isolated people at home are limited to isolated rooms as far as possible. Refuse all visits and do not go out during the isolation period. Segregated personnel shall conduct home isolation under the guidance of community managers, and the common residents shall also comply with the requirements of home isolation management.

Do a good job of daily cleaning and disinfection

In key places and units such as supermarkets, hotels, farmers’ markets, schools, vehicles (stations), office buildings, construction sites, and old-age care institutions, preventive disinfection is carried out at least twice a day, with emphasis on increasing the frequency of disinfection on the surfaces of environmental objects such as door handles and elevator buttons that are in high-frequency contact. Households give priority to daily cleaning, supplemented by preventive disinfection, and do not directly use disinfectants to disinfect people. They strictly follow the instructions of disinfection products and cannot be used beyond the scope.

Security Council reiterates sanctions against Islamic State and Al Qaeda.

Xinhua News Agency, United Nations, July 20th (Reporter Ni Hongmei, Shi Xiaomeng) The United Nations Security Council unanimously adopted a resolution on the 20th, reaffirming a series of sanctions against extremist organizations "Islamic State" and "Al Qaeda", and adding eight groups and individuals to the sanctions list. Liu Jieyi, Permanent Representative of China to the United Nations, presided over the relevant meeting.

The resolution reiterated that countries should impose sanctions such as asset freeze, travel ban and arms embargo on the Islamic State, Al Qaeda and related groups and individuals. The resolution adjusted the details of the sanctions measures according to the changes in the activities of extremist organizations.

The resolution also added two extremist organizations, two currency trading companies and four individuals operating in Syria to the sanctions list, arguing that they are related to the activities of the "Islamic State" and "Al Qaeda" and should be sanctioned.

Liu Jieyi said after the adoption of the resolution that China welcomes the unanimous adoption of the resolution by the Security Council. Terrorism is the public enemy of all mankind. China supports the coordinated actions of the international community and the comprehensive use of effective means to strengthen anti-terrorism cooperation, especially to strengthen the response to new challenges such as terrorists using the Internet to spread, incite, organize terrorist activities, financing terrorism and the return of foreign terrorist fighters. Anti-terrorism actions must adhere to unified standards, give full play to the leading role of the United Nations and the Security Council, and strengthen effective coordination.

Liu Jieyi said that the 1267 Committee is an important anti-terrorism mechanism of the United Nations and the Security Council. China supports the 1267 Committee to maintain close communication with the countries concerned, strengthen cooperation with regional and sub-regional counter-terrorism mechanisms, continuously improve its work efficiency and make greater contributions to the international counter-terrorism cause. It is hoped that the vast number of Member States and the Secretariat will strictly abide by the relevant resolutions and the rules of procedure of the Committee, continue to support and cooperate with the work of the Committee, and jointly safeguard the authority and effectiveness of the sanctions mechanism.

In 1999, the Security Council adopted resolution 1267, and established the 1267 Committee, a sanctions agency specifically targeting al-Qaeda and the Taliban and related entities and individuals. In December 2015, the Security Council passed a resolution to include individuals and entities supporting the "Islamic State" within the scope of sanctions. The 1267 Committee is therefore called the "Islamic State" and "Al Qaeda" sanctions committee.

All medical staff in the respiratory intensive care unit (RICU) of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University are handing over the morning and evening shifts. China Youth Network Intern reporter Yang Zhixuan photo

"Patients with severe pneumonia and ARDS in bed 8 were given mechanical ventilation through oral intubation, mode P-A/C, PC12cmH2O, PEEP 18cmH2O, oxygen concentration 100%, oxygenation index 65, and were given prone position ventilation for 10 hours at night. The oxygenation index of blood gas analysis this morning was 95. The patient has no fever at present … …”

Every morning at 8: 00, it is the morning and evening shift handover time for all medical staff in the respiratory intensive care unit (RICU) of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. Tong Zhaohui, the 51-year-old vice president of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital and deputy director of Beijing Institute of Respiratory Diseases, began the routine "Dean’s rounds" of RICU in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital after listening carefully to the case reports of all patients.

"I came to Chaoyang Hospital in 1988 and began to participate in the establishment of the respiratory intensive care unit in 1991. It should be said that like them, I was still a little doctor at that time." Standing in front of the camera, Tong Zhaohui looked at the busy young faces in the department, full of his 25-year-old figure.

RICU, Chaoyang Hospital, Beijing, is a young team with an average age of only 29 years. As a nationally renowned respiratory department, there is the most complete respiratory support technology system in China, which has accumulated rich experience in clinical applications such as non-invasive ventilation operation technology and application indications, ventilator-related lung injury and lung protective ventilation, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), providing new support means for the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory failure and critically ill patients; It undertakes the study task of specialists and nursing advanced studies from all over the country, and has trained a batch of doctors and nurses who are good at respiratory support technology and critical care for the country, making outstanding contributions to improving the survival rate of critically ill patients and improving the prognosis of critically ill patients.

Here, every hard "breath" is given the meaning of rebirth.

In this year’s staff sports meeting, four male nurses from RICU participated in many competitions, which made great contributions to the second place in the respiratory department. Zhang Chunyan (middle) happily took a group photo with the male nurse. Photo courtesy of Zhang Chunyan, head nurse of RICU, Chaoyang Hospital

Is a pioneer, a warrior, a patron saint.

In 2003, SARS ravaged the whole country. In the battle against SARS, the Department of Respiratory Medicine of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital gave full play to its own advantages in respiratory and critical care, and moved to major hospitals to identify and treat SARS patients.

Tong Zhaohui, as the director of the SARS ward, worked in the ward for more than three months continuously, led the medical staff in the respiratory department of Chaoyang Hospital to sacrifice themselves to save others, and was United in strength, and successfully treated nearly 200 SARS patients in this battle of public health and safety.

"All colleagues in this photo have participated in the treatment of SARS." Zhang Chunyan, the head nurse who has been fighting in the clinical front line of RICU for 13 years, pointed to the old photos on the photo wall and said with emotion, "In August 2013, when I graduated from college and came to the hospital, SARS had just ended."

Zhang Chunyan, who is new here, didn’t participate in this battle that went down in history, but the stories of blood and tears around her deeply shocked her. Since then, she has a new understanding of her career, a new mission and a new responsibility.

"Some of our colleagues were unfortunately infected with SARS virus during the treatment of SARS, which caused sequelae such as femoral head necrosis that were difficult to cure, resulting in walking inconvenience and lifelong disability." Recalling those brave and firm faces, Zhang Chunyan’s words are full of admiration. "They are particularly great, just like soldiers."

The SARS in 2003 was only the beginning of the battle for the respiratory department of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital. H5N1 avian influenza in 2008, H1N1 influenza A in 2009, and H7N9 avian influenza &hellip in 2013; … "In the national public health emergencies, RICU of Chaoyang Hospital has played an important role, shouldered great responsibilities and is the backbone of the crisis." Tong Zhaohui said.

Influenza A (H1N1) broke out in China in 2009, and RICU of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital treated many critically ill patients as usual. "Although it is not as tragic as SARS, it is also a very big test for us." Zhang Chunyan said that the more patients are admitted, the workload and work intensity of medical staff will increase exponentially. "Even so, no one in our whole team has retreated, and everyone is actively doing the treatment of seriously ill patients."

Nervousness is a feeling that Zhang Chunyan remembers vividly so far. "We didn’t consider whether we were infected at that time. What we were most worried about was whether the patient could be saved and whether his family was safe." During the fight against H1N1, Zhang Chunyan fought side by side with Wang Shuqin, the deputy head nurse of RICU.

Even though she was pregnant, Wang Shuqin risked being infected and stuck to her job. At this time, Zhang Chunyan’s physical condition also turned red, and she began to have symptoms similar to H1N1 flu.

"I once suspected that I was infected, but I didn’t have time to hesitate and stop, because many critically ill patients were waiting for me to save." Zhang Chunyan said that because she was afraid of transmitting the virus to her two-year-old daughter, she lived in the duty room of Corey with some colleagues and didn’t go home for a week. "For ourselves, we simply don’t care so much."

In May this year, Murong Yiyi (second from left) was doing a routine review in RICU, Chaoyang Hospital. Tong Zhaohui (third from left) asks about Murong Yiyi’s physical condition during rounds. China Youth Network Intern reporter Yang Zhixuan photo

An angel, a friend, a family member.

"I will be 2 years old this year. Thank you for incubating me again. I will definitely be a baby that makes you feel proud, proud and promising!"

Two years ago, Murong Yiyi, a girl from Sichuan, suffered from postpartum depression. She left her one-month-old daughter in a moment and tried to commit suicide by taking paraquat orally. This leads to severe pulmonary fibrosis, and the lungs cannot maintain oxygenation. Only through lung transplantation can life be saved.

Sun Bing, director of RICU of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, went to the 307 Hospital for consultation with Murong Yiyi, and immediately led the medical team with Zhang Chunyan to the 307 Hospital to establish ECMO (commonly known as "artificial lung") for her, then successfully returned to RICU, and successfully performed lung transplantation for her after waiting for lung source.

Because of her serious illness, Murong Yiyi can only lie lonely in a cold glass room most of the time when she is receiving treatment, and she is full of medical pipelines, large and small. The long road to survival often makes her lose confidence in life. In RICU, she needs to be cared for not only physical illness, but also psychological and spiritual trauma.

"In the process of hospitalization, Murong Yiyi’s mood often fluctuates greatly. Sometimes her desire for survival will be very strong, and sometimes she will become very depressed at once." Every patient’s cautious emotional expression can’t escape the eye of RICU specialist nurses.

In order to make Murong Yiyi receive treatment more actively, the nurses in RICU always look at the pictures of children on the IPad for her. We also blow rubber gloves into balloons, and draw all kinds of little people on the balloons. The bulging palms are little people’s faces, and five fingers are five big braid. The nurses draw eyes and mouths on them, show them to Murong Yiyi through the glass, and make victory gestures to encourage her to overcome the disease and reunite with her children and relatives as soon as possible.

Slowly, Murong Yiyi no longer kept silent. Even if she couldn’t speak, she would write all her bad feelings on the drawing board when she was depressed, so as to talk to the medical staff in RICU in this way. In response, nurses will also pick up the drawing board in their hands and write encouraging words on the drawing board. Those gentle and hopeful words shine into Murong Yiyi’s darkest life time like a rainbow.

Nowadays, Murong Yiyi has basically recovered after careful treatment and nursing after operation, and has become the longest surviving case after lung transplantation with paraquat poisoning in the world. The second month after leaving the hospital, Murong Yiyi, who likes singing, went to the plateau to record his own MV. "Now I can only sing pop songs." She said with a smile.

After walking on the line of life and death, the young girl vowed to live a more wonderful life. In the past two years, Murong Yiyi began to devote herself to public welfare, and her figure was active on the stage of various public welfare performances. "After standing up again, I feel that I can’t live in vain. I want to make the world a better place! "

During the treatment, Murong Yiyi shaved all her hair, and the nurses carefully kept the cut hair. Not long ago, Murong Yiyi reattached these hairs, and mischievously dyed one of them into bright red. She said, "I am very happy now, because all the medical staff in RICU are my family, and I will live happily no matter how big the setbacks!"

It’s baby, it’s strength, it’s half the sky.

"It may be generally believed that male nurses are careless in the public’s cognition. In fact, it is not the case. Both men and women in our nursing industry must be careful. " Bai Hongming, a male nurse born in 1980s, has been engaged in nursing for five years. Together with more than ten brothers in RICU, Chaoyang Hospital, Beijing, he holds up half the sky of the department nurse team.

In RICU, the advantage of male nurses is first reflected in strength. Bai Hongying often takes the initiative to undertake strength-based work. "The patient has to turn over every two hours. The light weight is good, and the heavy one requires the cooperation of several male nurses Qi Xin." Bai Hongwei said, "Before there was a patient weighing more than 400 kilograms in bed six, it took six nurses to turn over. There is nothing to say. At this time, male nurses must rush ahead."

Chen Lao, a three-bed patient cared for by Bai Hongming, was admitted to the hospital earlier than when he entered the department. "I have been taking care of him since here." At the beginning, as a novice, Bai Hongwei will inevitably have some minor problems in nursing. Unfortunately, Chen Lao’s wife is a family member who is very strict with all kinds of nursing requirements. "Even the time to eat can’t be worse." To this end, Bai Hongying had a lot of troubles.

Helpless or complaining, Bai Hongying prefers to take this as an opportunity to temper. "If you can take care of three patients, you can take care of most patients." From then on, he consciously chatted with his wife, learned about Chen Lao’s work and rest habits and treatment rules for many years, and gradually established a close and trusting relationship with patients and their families.

Even sometimes, Bai Hong-wei became a "royal" nurse for patients, and the exclusive trust of "he can’t do it" made young boys both gratified and moved. During the hospitalization of an old patient, his daughter often sent her hand-made patties to the nurses. One month after the old man died, her daughter returned to RICU and sent three pennants to the medical staff, just for the words of the old man before his death, "They took care of me very comfortably."

In Zhang Chunyan’s eyes, male nurses are the "treasures" in the department. "They are not only patient and meticulous, but also have strong emergency response ability, and they are more likely to master new technologies."

In 2015, a patient with severe pneumonia needed to be transported to the respiratory department of Chaoyang Hospital. Xin Xu, a male nurse from RICU who had worked for 8 years, and her colleagues went to more than 300 kilometers. After establishing ECMO in the local hospital, they transported the patient with the ambulance overnight. In the intensive care unit, transporting patients needs to bear great risks, and such a critical task often falls on the shoulders of male nurses. "With the accumulation of experience, my professional skills have also been qualitatively improved." In 2014, Xin Xu attended the certification class for ICU nurses, and now she is still working as a teacher in the department.

"Xin Xu, there is a patient whose mood is not stable these two days. You should keep an eye on the ward for two days." In the tense doctor-patient relationship, male nurses are the umbrella of female nurses, but also the mediator to ease the atmosphere. "Some patients will lose control of their emotions during the treatment, and they will have some verbal excesses on female nurses." Xin Xu said that in order to stabilize patients’ mood and avoid unnecessary disputes, male nurses usually stand in the front and use men’s unique humor and patience to relieve patients’ boredom and open their hearts.

Talking about family, Bai Hongming and Xin Xu are both fathers of a child.

When the reporter asked if the child was absent from work at the important moment of his growth, Bai Hongyu smiled shyly. "I was at work on both his birthdays." From 8:00 to 18:00, the next day from 2:00 to 8:00, and from 18:00 to 2:00 on the third day, there are two days in a group, and the last two days are closed for two days, with an infinite cycle of 365 days a year.

"Every time I go home, the children have to stare blankly for a while before they can remember me." Looking back at the first time as a father, both Bai Hongming and Xin Xu felt the same way. Bai Hongming said: "Since I have chosen this profession, I will demand myself with the professionalism of medical staff, and I will stick to it without complaining."

Rare voice! Director of the Japanese Palace Office: The Emperor is very concerned about the possibility that hosting the Olympic Games will lead to the expansion of the epidemic.

[Global Network Report Trainee Reporter Lin Zeyu] There is less than one month left before the opening of the Tokyo Olympic Games in Japan, but the COVID-19 epidemic in Japan has not been effectively controlled. Under this circumstance, the Japanese Palace Office made a rare voice on the 24th, saying that "the Emperor is very concerned about the possibility of the expansion of the epidemic caused by hosting the Olympic Games".

According to Japanese TV stations, Daily News and other Japanese media reports, the head of the Japanese Palace Office, Yasuhiko Nishimura, said at a regular press conference on the 24th that "Emperor Naruhito (Japan) is very worried about the epidemic situation in COVID-19, and is very concerned about the possibility of the spread of the epidemic caused by hosting the Olympic Games".

"Daily News": The director of the Palace Office: "I personally feel that the emperor is worried about hosting the Tokyo Olympic Games" and asked to prevent the epidemic from expanding.

According to Japanese TV reports, the Emperor met with Japanese Prime Minister Suga Yoshihide on the 22nd. It is reported that during the talks, Suga Yoshihide explained the epidemic prevention policy of the Tokyo Olympic Games to the Emperor. Nishimura Taiyan stressed on the 24th that "in order to avoid the situation of epidemic expansion, it is hoped that the relevant institutions headed by the Olympic Organizing Committee will join hands to make epidemic prevention foolproof."

Kyodo News said that Nishimura added: "In my daily conversation with Your Majesty, I personally felt these things. I have never heard such words directly from your majesty. "

Data map of Emperor Naruhito of Japan

However, according to the Daily News, Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato claimed at the press conference on the afternoon of 24th that "the director of the Miyauchi Office was stating his own thoughts", and the senior officials of the Tokyo Olympic Organizing Committee of Japan also declared on the same day that the statement made by Yasuhiko Nishimura "didn’t think there was a problem with the status quo".

In Japan, the emergency declaration applicable to nine prefectures except Okinawa was lifted on June 20, and most areas such as Tokyo and Osaka were in a state of applying "key measures such as spreading prevention" at a lower level than the emergency. The estimated period is from June 21 to July 23, about one month before the opening of the Tokyo Olympic Games. The number of Covid-19-infected people in Tokyo on the 23rd was 619, an increase of 383 compared with 236 on the 21st. Many Japanese media reported that the epidemic situation in Japan rebounded after the declaration of emergency was lifted.

The Olympic Games in Japan will be held next month, but the COVID-19 epidemic in Japan has not been effectively controlled. Many Japanese protesters who opposed the hosting of the Tokyo Olympic Games gathered near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building on the 23rd, demanding that the preparations for the Olympic Games be terminated immediately and that the Japanese government should not be allowed to muddle through.
