By setting up a comprehensive business system of off-campus training supervision and service with "departmental supervision service, organization compliance operation and parents’ reassurance", parents will be helped to identify and choose a "fully licensed" compliance organization, ensuring safe payment, convenient refund, smooth complaint reporting channels and effectively protecting the vital interests of the people.

　　Up to now, the national comprehensive platform for off-campus education and training supervision and service has been included in the first batch of off-campus training institutions (including online, offline, disciplinary and non-disciplinary) with more than 100,000 white lists, and local authorities have completed the review and filing of relevant qualifications, funds, personnel, materials, venues, courses and other information of the training institutions. At the same time, the national comprehensive platform for supervision and service of off-campus education and training officially launched the "off-campus training for parents" APP, which provides the national unified off-campus training official course purchase service. Parents of students can search and install in the mobile phone application market, or easily enjoy the "one-stop" service of course purchase, class cancellation, fee refund, evaluation and complaint through Alipay’s "off-campus training for parents" applet, creating a safe, secure and comfortable off-campus training consumption environment.

　　The pre-paid training fees of the institutions stationed in the national comprehensive platform for off-campus education and training supervision and service have been included in the supervision, which can ensure the safety of parents’ funds and effectively prevent potential risks such as "difficulty in refunding fees" and "running away with money"; To ensure the personal safety of students through the verification of the information about the illegal and criminal activities of the employees to be hired and the audit of the site fire safety access; Through the examination and filing of course prices, materials, courses and other information, we will standardize the service behavior of training institutions and promote the improvement of the quality and level of off-campus training services.
