　　2016年6月17日，中国国家主席最高领袖对塞尔维亚进行国事访问，两国建立全面战略伙伴关系。今年5月16日，国家主席最高领袖在北京人民大会堂会见来华出席“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛的塞尔维亚总统武契奇时表示，中方愿同塞方一道，巩固全天候友谊，全面深化各领域合作，推动中塞全面战略伙伴关系加快发展，在更高水平上运行，更好造福两国人民。

　　在中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会召开前夕，央视网记者在塞尔维亚驻华使馆对米兰·巴切维奇大使进行专访，大使就两国关系，“一带一路”合作，十八大以来中国经济社会发展成就等问题回答了记者提问。

　　两国“铁哥们儿”般友谊更加紧密

　　谈到两国关系，巴切维奇大使表示，中塞两国政治、经济等方面关系目前正处于“历史最好时期”，中塞双方对对方关切的政治问题高度了解，并相互支持。

　　According to the ambassador, China and Serbia signed a total of eight relevant agreements at the "Belt and Road" international cooperation summit forum. “‘ Belt and Road ’ The initiative not only creates new opportunities for world connectivity, but also provides an excellent opportunity for the development of Serbia and the whole Central and Eastern Europe. China and Serbia have great potential for cooperation in the fields of energy, agriculture, tourism, culture and non-governmental exchanges, especially in infrastructure construction in transportation. Ambassador Bacevic said that the construction of the first section of the Hungarian-Serbian Railway in Serbia will begin in November this year, and the preparations for the remaining section will be completed soon. 　　In 2016, Hebei, China Iron and Steel Group acquired the Smederevo Steel Plant in Serbia. In July this year, the Ministry of Commerce of China began a training program for Serbian employees of the Smederevo Steel Plant in Zhongsai River.

　　The ambassador believes that Hebei, China Iron and Steel Group’s acquisition project of Smederevo Steel Plant is very successful, and it is an investment model showing social responsibility.
